Who are we?
Kwintessential are a one stop shop dealing with multicultural and multilingual business needs. We provide cultural training for companies wishing to expand or enhance their global presence coupled with interpreting and translating services. To complement these services, we also provide language lessons into most world languages (outsourced to a third party), multilingual SEO and DTP work.

What are we looking for?
Kwintessential are looking for a freelance PR professional to help build our Cultural Training brand within the corporate arena and specifically;
• To help us further define our target audience and the respective media to attract and communicate with them
• To ensure that Kwintessential is well positioned as a credible and well recognised contender within the corporate arena for any cultural training requirements
• To generate newsworthy items of interest and ensure that these stories are circulated amongst contacts within the respective publications for consideration and publication
• To help further build our company’s reputation as an expert provider for all cultural and language related requirements
• To position Neil Payne as a leading expert in language and culture issues
• To help us define and successfully communicate Kwintessential’s key messages
• To publicise the company’s website address and to position it as an award winning, innovative tool, designed to provide employees working on a global platform with helpful cultural and language support and assistance
• To increase our sales by at least 20% in the first year
We are not looking to:
• Act as an advisor on radio programmes unless we feel that this would specifically benefit us
How might we work together?
We are looking for a freelancer to work with us for an initial period (depending on success of campaign) of 6 – 12 months. We would look to put the following in place:
• Fortnightly teleconference / face to face meetings to discuss progress and ideas
• Monthly detailed report, providing a comprehensive overview and update of progress to date
Next Steps:
We would welcome:
• A CV outlining background and success to date within this field with an overview of success at working with similar sized companies with similar requirements
• The number of hours which a professional PR freelancer feels would be needed to successfully promote our company and;
• The monthly cost payable
