Ideally looking for a JOOMLA! developer to put a CMS together for me. It's possibly a MySQL/PHP project but JOOMLA preferred. It has sales of Rights Controlled images and also Royalty Free involved. Have a look at www.istockphoto or www.crestock to get an idea of what's required.

Please give experience of work related to the above and estimated amount to produce something similar.
