Casual xhtml/css web designers with good imagination needed (UK ONLY)

We are looking for casual web designers for occasional work on a per project basis, creating xhtml templates from a written specification supplied by us, but also using their own imagination rather than wanting to be ‘parrot feed’ into the exactly design requirements. You will be paid for your imagination not just your ability to use Photoshop.
Because of project size, the person would ideally be a ‘one man band’ looking for extra work, with a self employed status rather than a larger company, working from home. Communication would be by email, SMS text and occasional telephone contact. Meeting up with us would not be required in the foreseeable future.
We will pay between £150 and £250 per working template depending on project budget. Payment to be made after we are 100% satisfied with the template and on production of a suitable invoice to us. You will need to supply us with any source files, or stock images used in the production of the template.
An awareness of ASP or VB.NET may be advantageous but not necessary.
Skills required: XHTML / CSS with a good awareness of website accessibility requirement.
We use: Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Visual Studio.
