ASP .NET Web Developer / Designer (Permanent Full time Role)
WHO ARE WE?
Urban Element is a young, innovative and exciting agency leveraging the latest in technology, creativity and strategy to build solutions for our clients which include household names such as Duetsche Bank, JP Morgan, Smiths Group and The Conservative Party. We also love to produce solutions for our long list of smaller clients, CMS, Newsletters, hosting, design, consultancy.
The company is young and fast growing with 10 full time people at present.
WHERE ARE WE?
We are based in Witney, Oxfordshire which is a lovely Cotswoldy type town with great links to the South West, East and Midlands.
Our staff commute from Oxford, Cheltenham, London, and Reading, were pretty easy to get to.

What else do we get up to? Well, we love to going to Huffkins (our local sandwich shop) for Cream Teas and Club Sandwiches. We went water skiing last summer, were going paintballing next month and we had our Christmas party at a very posh Country Manor Hotel (one of our clients). We also like to play on the office Xbox on a Friday afternoon and were setting up an office 5-a side team.
THE ROLE
The primary role of this position is to aid in the development of an existing project with one of our largest clients who are Multi National Company. Alongside this your position will include supporting and developing with applications with the existing development team.
We are a small company but will be growing rapidly over the next two years. We value our staff and take great effort to provide a good working environment and out of work social scene. We want our staff to develop as the company grows and for the right applicant there are great opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an ASP .NET (C#) web developer with an understanding of online application design and production. Ideally you will a junior developer with up to 1 or 2 years of experience and have a good understanding of programming implementation within a commercial environment.
An understanding of programming fundamentals is required and experience with SQL / TSQL and associated technologies is also desirable. We seek an individual with a working knowledge of the N-Tier architecture and internet based applications.
Other skills may also include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Classic ASP, ASP.NET VB, C++, Java, PHP and related server technologies.
Salary:
£18 to 22k dependant on experience. Your salary will be reviewed after the first six months
