We need your skills to help us deliver a wide range of high profile, accessible and standards compliant web projects. The majority of our work is with health and social care clients, who employ us because we offer a unique blend of technology, design, content and consultancy skills. Your role will be working with CSS to build sites using our own in-house ASP.Net content management system. You will be working alongside our team of Freelance Graphic Designers who will produce mock-ups that you will be expected to quickly and efficiently turn into working web sites. You will report directly to the Managing Director in our small team of 6 people. Essential • CSS and XHTML (expert) • Javascript • At least 3 years experience working in a commercial setting • Excellent communication skills • A detailed understanding of W3C web standards and accessibility guidelines • A detailed understanding of cross browser/platform compatibility Desirable • Understanding of web usability issues • Experience of search engine optimization • Experience of developing and working with XSLT templating systems • Experience of graphics packages and photo editing • Awareness of UI class libraries • Experience of working remotely (we are based in Oxford, Bristol, Edinburgh and Bulgaria) If you share our commitment to improving the quality of health information on the internet, and you want to get involved with a successful and exciting web company, please send your CV (with links to examples of your work) to: Helen Cross, Office Manager, Minervation Ltd. helen.cross@minervation.com 01865 727876 (please call if you have any questions) The closing date for applications is Friday 26th September.
